Show Notes

Kids and adults spend over 7 hours a day using a screen like your phone and TV. Screens are essential for some tasks, but mindless scrolling through social media apps leads to possible social and developmental challenges. China has recently restricted video games and social media apps for children as they believe it leads to development problems and may result in societal pitfalls long term. In this episode, Jared and Cody look at how screen time affects your brain and social interactions, and how to mitigate several health repercussions.
